First Place in Managed Services at Bilişim 500

At Bilişim 500, the program covering Türkiye's 500 largest IT companies, we were ranked first in the Türkiye-based Managed Services category. Our CEO, Erdem Telci, accepted the award at the ceremony held at Grand Pera on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

Bilişim 500 has been run by BThaber for over a quarter of a century, ranking the industry by revenue, growth and line of business. The category ranking is the part that matters most to us, because it shows what kind of work a company grew by doing, not just how much it grew.

What the category covers

In a managed service, the provider takes over an operation instead of selling a product. The work assessed in this category runs across these layers:

Managed cloud and multi-cloud: running each workload where it belongs, without being tied to a single provider, and operating all of it from one place.Network management: end-to-end monitoring, capacity planning, and on-site response when something fails.Database management: ongoing discipline around performance, versions, and access.Backup and disaster recovery: immutable backups and recovery plans verified by regular drills.

Why this category

In managed services, the quality of the work is measured on bad days, not good ones. Building a system and answering the phone when that system stops at two in the morning are different jobs; we give both to the same team. When the people who built it are the people who respond, an incident is handled inside an architecture the team already understands, with no ticket handoff.
