Digital Transformation Programs
We manage the technology side of digital transformation programs. Baseline measurement, a staged roadmap, stage gates, and every stage tied to a measurable outcome.
What we deliver
The starting point measured across infrastructure, applications, process and capability. A target cannot be set from an unmeasured baseline.
A plan divided into stages, each delivering value on its own. Long, monolithic programs lose credibility at the first delay.
A measurable acceptance criterion at the end of each stage, with no progression until it is met.
Expectations and priorities aligned in writing between business units, IT and management, with scope changes managed on the record.
A training and knowledge transfer plan so the new technology is owned by the team. Unowned technology produces dependency, not transformation.
Periodic measurement and reporting of whether the intended benefit actually materialized.

How it works
Every engagement follows the same five steps: baseline the current state, design the target model, roll out in stages, operate it, and improve against measurements.

Assess
Baseline the current state, name the gaps and put the success criteria in writing.
Design
Architect the target operating model and the toolchain it needs.
Deploy
Implement, configure and validate in a staged rollout.
Operate
24/7 management with contracted response times and proactive monitoring.
Improve
Continuous improvement driven by metrics, incidents and changes in the business.
Every engagement runs under a written SLA: a commitment, not a best-effort promise.
Dedicated engineers who know your stack. No generalist help-desk tier in between.
Service reviews every two weeks, roadmap updates every quarter.

What we have written about running and managing technology, collected in one place.
01What does a digital transformation program actually mean?
Managing several interdependent initiatives against a shared goal. Rather than separate projects, that means shared architecture, shared prioritization and shared benefit measurement. Without program management, projects wait on each other and none finish.
02Why do transformation projects stall?
Three causes account for most: no measurable goal ever written down, no ownership from the business, and scope that keeps growing. All three have to be addressed before the program starts.
03How do we measure the benefit?
A baseline measurement is taken for each initiative and the target is set as a number. Without a baseline, no improvement can be claimed afterwards, yet it is the step transformation programs skip most often.
04How many initiatives should run at once?
As many as the organization can absorb. Change capacity is limited and the same teams appear in several initiatives. Finishing three and then continuing produces results faster than starting five and abandoning three.
05Do you take on program management?
We can, but sponsorship has to stay with you. A program managed from outside but not owned from inside stops at the first difficulty.
Let's work out where to start
