Application Performance
Full-stack application performance monitoring, distributed tracing, real user monitoring, database performance analysis and SLO alerting, so you know exactly how your applications perform for real users.
What we deliver
Trace individual transactions across every microservice, API call and database query, showing exactly how requests flow through your application architecture.
Capture real user experience data (page load times, interaction latency and error rates) from actual user sessions across browsers, devices and geographies.
Real-time dashboards showing response times, error rates, throughput and resource consumption for every service, endpoint and transaction in your application stack.
Capture, group and prioritize application errors with full stack traces, request context and user impact data, giving developers everything they need to diagnose and fix issues fast.
Identify slow queries, lock contention, connection pool exhaustion and index inefficiencies, the database issues that most commonly degrade application performance.
Define Service Level Objectives and get alerted when performance heads toward an SLO breach, so you can act before users are affected.

How it works
Every engagement follows the same five steps: baseline the current state, design the target model, roll out in stages, operate it, and improve against measurements.

Assess
Baseline the current state, name the gaps and put the success criteria in writing.
Design
Architect the target operating model and the toolchain it needs.
Deploy
Implement, configure and validate in a staged rollout.
Operate
24/7 management with contracted response times and proactive monitoring.
Improve
Continuous improvement driven by metrics, incidents and changes in the business.
Every engagement runs under a written SLA: a commitment, not a best-effort promise.
Dedicated engineers who know your stack. No generalist help-desk tier in between.
Service reviews every two weeks, roadmap updates every quarter.
Knowledge Hub
What we have written about running and managing technology, collected in one place.
01What exactly does APM measure?
The time the application takes to answer the user, and where that time is spent: which code path, which database query, which external service call. That breakdown, rather than the total, is where its value lies.
02Is it safe to run in production?
Yes, agents have sampling modes designed for production. Even so, we roll out to a pilot group first and measure the added overhead; we do not treat any agent as safe until it has been measured.
03Which languages are supported?
Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, Go and PHP are broadly covered. Language support varies by product; covering your stack is the first criterion in any selection.
04Can you tell whether slowness is client-side or server-side?
Yes, once real user monitoring is added. Browser load time and server processing time are measured separately; in most complaints the problem turns out to be in the front end or the network rather than the server.
05Can we tie alerts to business metrics?
Yes, and it is what we recommend. Saying 'checkout completion rate has fallen below normal' instead of 'response time exceeded two seconds' ties the alert directly to business impact.
