Managed Applications
Your applications are the interface between your business and your customers. We monitor, tune, patch and support them proactively so they stay fast, available and secure.
What we deliver
24/7 monitoring of performance, availability, error rates and user experience, with intelligent alerting and rapid response.
Continuous tuning of caching, connection pooling and queries to eliminate slowdowns before users notice them.
Controlled rollout of updates, security patches and dependency upgrades with full rollback capability.
SLA-backed incident management with root cause analysis and a permanent fix at every severity level.
Centralized, version-controlled configuration that keeps environments consistent and eliminates drift from manual changes.
User behavior analytics and capacity modeling to scale resources before they become a bottleneck.

How it works
Every engagement follows the same five steps: baseline the current state, design the target model, roll out in stages, operate it, and improve against measurements.

Assess
Baseline the current state, name the gaps and put the success criteria in writing.
Design
Architect the target operating model and the toolchain it needs.
Deploy
Implement, configure and validate in a staged rollout.
Operate
24/7 management with contracted response times and proactive monitoring.
Improve
Continuous improvement driven by metrics, incidents and changes in the business.
Every engagement runs under a written SLA: a commitment, not a best-effort promise.
Dedicated engineers who know your stack. No generalist help-desk tier in between.
Service reviews every two weeks, roadmap updates every quarter.
The concepts behind this service
- Application management
- Managing an application across its whole lifecycle, from deployment to retirement: versions, configuration, performance, access and support.
- Managed applications
- Running the infrastructure side of business applications: environment management, performance, resilience and maintenance window coordination.
This section explains the technical terms used on this page. The definitions come from Eclit's own technology glossary, and each term links through to its full entry there.

What we have written about running and managing technology, collected in one place.
01What does the managed application service cover?
The entire layer the application runs on: server, runtime, database connectivity, background jobs, integrations and monitoring. The application's business logic and code are out of scope.
02Will you take on an application we built ourselves?
Yes. Handover starts with a knowledge transfer: architecture, dependencies, deployment method and known issues. We do not take over operations until those are written down.
03Do you handle releases?
We operate the deployment pipeline; you decide what ships and when. A rollback path is kept ready for every release.
04When the application slows down, whose responsibility is it?
We let measurements show where the problem is. If the bottleneck is in the infrastructure, database or runtime, it is ours; if it is in application code or query design, it goes to the development team along with the evidence.
05What support hours do you offer?
We offer 8×5 and 24/7 models. Which one you need depends on how business-critical the application is: if nobody watches it out of hours, you learn about a night-time fault the next morning.
Let's work out where to start
Within two weeks you get it in writing: what works, what carries risk, and a prioritized roadmap.
