ERP & Business Application Platforms
Infrastructure operations for ERP and business application platforms. Environment management, performance, resilience and maintenance window coordination for SAP, Oracle and similar systems.
What we deliver
Operation of the servers, databases and middleware beneath SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite and comparable systems, with the division of responsibility between us and the application team defined in writing.
Production, test, development and training environments managed, with refresh cycles planned and run in line with data masking rules.
Capacity for period-end and peak processing planned in advance, bottlenecks located by measurement and cleared before business impact.
Patching and upgrade work planned around the business calendar, communicated to business units, and executed with a rollback path ready within the window.
Redundancy designed for critical ERP components, failover scenarios verified in drills, and recovery time measured.
Interfaces between ERP and surrounding systems monitored, so failed workflows, growing queues and delayed transfers are seen early.

How it works
Every engagement follows the same five steps: baseline the current state, design the target model, roll out in stages, operate it, and improve against measurements.

Assess
Baseline the current state, name the gaps and put the success criteria in writing.
Design
Architect the target operating model and the toolchain it needs.
Deploy
Implement, configure and validate in a staged rollout.
Operate
24/7 management with contracted response times and proactive monitoring.
Improve
Continuous improvement driven by metrics, incidents and changes in the business.
Every engagement runs under a written SLA: a commitment, not a best-effort promise.
Dedicated engineers who know your stack. No generalist help-desk tier in between.
Service reviews every two weeks, roadmap updates every quarter.
The concepts behind this service
- SAP Basis management
- Managing the technical layer of SAP systems: installation, system copy, transport routes, performance tuning, patching and user administration.
This section explains the technical terms used on this page. The definitions come from Eclit's own technology glossary, and each term links through to its full entry there.

What we have written about running and managing technology, collected in one place.
01Which ERP and business applications do you operate?
SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Logo, Netsis and industry-specific applications. What we operate is the layer beneath the application: servers, database, integration interfaces and background jobs.
02Do you replace our ERP consultant?
No. How business processes are configured in the application, and any customizations, are your consultant's domain. We are responsible for keeping the platform up and fast. The two jobs are separate, and they work best when run together.
03The system slows down at month-end close. Can that be fixed?
Usually yes. Periodic load increases are measured and the bottleneck is pinned down: database, background job queue, or insufficient resources. A separate capacity plan can be made for close periods.
04How do you notice when an integration interface breaks?
Interfaces are monitored individually: last successful run, queue depth and error rate. An interface that silently stops is more dangerous than one throwing errors, and that is what the monitoring is really watching for.
05Do you manage test and training environments too?
Yes, including refresh from production and data masking. Real customer data sitting unmasked in a test environment is a KVKK risk in its own right.
Let's work out where to start
Within two weeks you get it in writing: what works, what carries risk, and a prioritized roadmap.
