Business & Platform Services

Collaboration & Messaging Platforms

We operate corporate email, directory services and collaboration platforms. Mail flow security, identity management and user lifecycle run from one place.

What we deliver

  1. Exchange, Microsoft 365 or open-source mail infrastructure operated, with queues, delivery rates and storage quotas monitored so problems are caught before users notice them.

  2. SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set correctly, phishing and spam filtering tuned, and spoofed mail from external senders blocked.

  3. Active Directory or equivalent operated, group policy managed, single sign-on integrated and multi-factor authentication rolled out.

  4. Joiner, mover and leaver processes (account creation, permission change and access removal) executed through a defined and recorded procedure.

  5. Messaging, meeting and file-sharing platforms managed, with external sharing policies and retention rules aligned to corporate policy.

  6. Mail archiving aligned to legal retention requirements, with records for a given date range retrievable on request within a reasonable time, and a defined disposal process.

Operational architecture

How it works

Every engagement follows the same five steps: baseline the current state, design the target model, roll out in stages, operate it, and improve against measurements.

01

Assess

Baseline the current state, name the gaps and put the success criteria in writing.

02

Design

Architect the target operating model and the toolchain it needs.

03

Deploy

Implement, configure and validate in a staged rollout.

04

Operate

24/7 management with contracted response times and proactive monitoring.

05

Improve

Continuous improvement driven by metrics, incidents and changes in the business.

Contracted service levels

Every engagement runs under a written SLA: a commitment, not a best-effort promise.

Run by engineers

Dedicated engineers who know your stack. No generalist help-desk tier in between.

Continuous improvement

Service reviews every two weeks, roadmap updates every quarter.

The concepts behind this service

Operating corporate mail: account lifecycle, mail flow security, quotas, archiving and retention.
Hosted Exchange
Microsoft Exchange delivered as a hosted service.

This section explains the technical terms used on this page. The definitions come from Eclit's own technology glossary, and each term links through to its full entry there.

01Do you take over Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration?

Yes: tenant configuration, identity and access, license allocation, security policies and user lifecycle. License inventory is tracked too: an unused license is a cost paid every month.

02Should we run our own mail server or move to the cloud?

Running your own means owning the security patching and the sending reputation. Once sending reputation is damaged it takes months to repair. Absent a specific requirement, cloud is lower risk for most organizations.

03Our email is landing in spam. What causes that?

Usually missing or incorrect SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Unless all three are set up correctly together, the receiving side cannot verify the sender. We audit the records, correct them and then monitor the DMARC reports.

04Can you migrate our old mail archive?

Yes. A mailbox inventory and size analysis are done first, the migration runs in waves, and integrity is verified after each wave. User disruption is usually confined to the cutover night.

05How do you prevent data loss on meeting and file-sharing platforms?

Retention policies, legal hold and external sharing rules are defined. The cloud provider's recycle bin is not a backup; where a separate backup layer is needed, we build one.

Let's work out where to start

Within two weeks you get it in writing: what works, what carries risk, and a prioritized roadmap.
