What Is Elioplus? How the Channel Partner and MSP Platform Works, and Whether to Use It

Short answer: Elioplus is a two-sided B2B platform where software, SaaS and cloud vendors recruit and manage channel partners, and where resellers, integrators and managed service providers (MSPs) reach vendor programs, each other and local requests for quotes. The company was founded in 2015 and has offices in Delaware and Athens. The vendor side is paid: partner recruitment automation, a partner database and PRM software. On the partner side a profile, the vendor program search and requests for quotes (RFQs) are free; the customer acquisition packages are paid. Whether to use it depends on your role: for a vendor looking for partners in Türkiye it is a useful shortcut; for an MSP there is no reason not to open the free profile, while the paid lead packages deserve a small, measured trial.

What is Elioplus?

In its own words, Elioplus is a B2B business development platform that enables software, SaaS and cloud vendors to recruit and manage their channel partners. The company was incorporated in August 2015; it launched partner recruitment in March 2016, its PRM software in May 2019 and the ITX marketplace in June 2022. According to its About page, more than 350,000 partnerships have been created on the platform across more than 120 product and service categories and 156 countries, and its customer directory lists more than 1,000 companies. Matching uses more than 15 main criteria.

The platform has two sides with different economics. The vendor pays to find partners. The partner (MSP, reseller, integrator, agency) opens a free profile, applies to vendor programs and sees requests for quotes from local businesses; if it wants more requests and visitor data, it pays too.

How the vendor side works

The vendor flow has four parts:

  • Profile and program: The vendor writes its company profile and its partner program (partnership types, benefits, support, requirements); the program is shown to channel partners browsing the platform. Sign-up is free.
  • Partner recruitment: Three tools. With recruitment automation, the Elioplus team contacts matching partners on the vendor's behalf, using 16 criteria including location, industry and experience. In the partner database the vendor searches itself and builds prospect lists with company details and C-level contacts. The inbound recruitment tool turns visitors to the vendor's partner pages into partner leads, even if they never sign up.
  • PRM software: Partner onboarding, a partner portal, sales materials, training, deal registration, lead distribution, tier management and channel analytics. According to the page, it is free for up to 15 partners.
  • Demand distribution: Leads collected by Elioplus are matched against the vendor's CRM and the partners' systems and routed to the best-fitting partner; overlaps across partners' customer bases and introduction paths to target companies are shown as well.

The vendor page says more than 3,000 vendors use the platform and that the recruitment automation's 450-plus clients include SAP and Freshworks; these are Elioplus's own statements.

How the MSP and channel partner side works

The partner flow goes like this:

  • Profile: Registration takes under a minute and asks for no card. The profile shows your solutions, products and vendor partnerships and is listed across the platform's 320,000-plus landing pages (including more than 10,000 product pages).
  • Vendor program search: You search vendors and their partner programs, see white-label options and apply. Onboarding, materials and training for connected vendors are handled from one dashboard; deal registration no longer means logging into separate portals. The page counts this as free.
  • Requests for quotes (RFQs): Through a procurement network called Prometheon you see requests from local businesses looking for products in your portfolio and send proposals; access is free. The promise made to buyers is quotes from at least three vetted partners within 24 hours.
  • Ratings and feedback: Customer reviews are collected and can be embedded on your site; the page says higher ratings improve your position in the listings.
  • Partner-to-partner deals: You see jobs where other MSPs and partners are looking for specific expertise, and you can share requests outside your own portfolio.
  • Paid packages: Intent Signals (requests and high-intent leads from businesses near you), the Customer Acquisition Suite (request and lead access, website visitor identification, lead enrichment, verified email contacts) and Buyer Intent data.

Pricing (October 2026)

Prices are in dollars and the pages do not say which; the figures below are the list prices on 21 October 2026.

  • Partner recruitment (vendor): Database plans at $238 a month (100 partner profiles, 1,000 contact credits) and $398 a month (200 profiles, 2,500 credits) with a three-month minimum; automation plans at $298 a month (70 matches) and $498 a month (150 matches); enterprise plans from $900 and $1,200. The free plan includes only the company profile.
  • Customer Acquisition Suite (partner): $149 a month (1 country, up to 500 visitor leads, 1,000 credits), $249 (4 countries) and $449 (10 countries, with automations and CRM integration); enterprise from $999. Unused credits do not roll over; you can cancel anytime.
  • Intent Signals (partner): Between $299 a year (1 country) and $749 a year (worldwide); Buyer Intent at $349 and $619 a year.

For an MSP the arithmetic is simple: the Starter package is about $1,800 a year, and a single mid-sized managed services contract covers that many times over. The question is not what the package costs but how many of the incoming requests are real buyers.

Elioplus in Türkiye

The platform's Türkiye MSP listing showed 192 providers on 21 October 2026, most of them in Istanbul, with others in Ankara, İzmir and Kahramanmaraş. Each entry shows the provider type, city, category tags (cybersecurity, backup, virtualization, cloud storage and the like) and the vendors it works with (Cisco, Microsoft, Veeam, Fortinet and others); Eclit's profile is one of them. The page speaks to two audiences at once: foreign vendors looking for partners in Türkiye, and businesses asking a local provider for a quote.

These listings have a second value for an MSP: when AI assistants answer questions such as "MSP in Türkiye", they frequently cite directories like this one. A properly completed directory profile is the cheap and neglected part of visibility in search and in AI answers; answering the criteria in our questions to ask an MSP article inside the profile is a good start.

Should you use it? Who, and for what

  • A foreign vendor entering the Turkish market: Yes. Seeing local partner candidates by location, category and existing vendor relationships is faster than cold outreach. Before buying the automation package, the right order is to measure the applications that arrive through the free profile and how current the database is.
  • An MSP, reseller or integrator: There is no reason not to open the free profile; seeing vendor programs in one place and watching local requests for quotes costs nothing. For the paid request packages, start with one country and one month and measure the close rate of what comes in.
  • A business buying services: It can be used to open a request and get quotes from several local providers, but the vendor partnerships and ratings in a profile are the provider's own statements and do not replace a reference call.

The limits are just as clear. Matching depends on profile quality; an incomplete profile does not match. Request volume varies by country and category, and the platform does not guarantee it. Prices are in dollars, so the currency risk is yours. The PRM software is paid beyond 15 partners and should not be chosen without comparing it with enterprise PRM tools. Finally, the platform's figures (350,000 partnerships, 3,000 vendors) are Elioplus's own numbers, with no independent verification.

Is Elioplus free? On the partner side the profile, vendor program search, vendor relationship management and access to requests for quotes are free; the customer acquisition packages start at $149 a month. On the vendor side the free plan includes only the profile; partner recruitment plans start at $238 a month.
