Leadership
Leadership Team
The team that sets Eclit's direction and leads its growth.
Our Story
Eclit was founded when Turkven, one of Türkiye's leading private equity firms, brought together long-established companies from the IT sector. The founding idea fits in a single sentence: to bring the most capable and most passionate engineers under one roof, and to make technology better together with our customers' teams.
We define ourselves as a technology and engineering company. From complex networks to private clouds, from AI infrastructure to carrier-scale platforms, we design, build, transform and operate systems that call for deep expertise. We put our curiosity, our experience and our passion for engineering to work on solving our customers' needs.
Our real product is customer satisfaction. We see the whole of Eclit as a single product team that keeps improving that product. Every team owns how its work shows up in the customer's experience.
That is why we listen to our customers, turn their needs and feedback into improvements, and measure the results. We treat every project, every solution and every interaction as an opportunity to make our product better. Together, we work every day to make better possible.
Eclit is a company founded with the investments of the independent Turkven fund.
